Preconceptions and racism

There's one thing I need to tell you about. If there is anything in the world I hate more than wars, it's preconceptions and racism. Probably everyone of us have some preconceptions when we meet a new person. But when you say them out loud and at the same time criticize the person, that's little too much.
I wanted to write about this because few weeks ago, a "friend" of mine went little too far. We were talking about a Finnish youtuber and blogger, Janne Naakka. My "friend" said that she has seen like couple of his videous but she doesn't follow him because his voice is annoying and fake and because he's gay. And then she criticized him way too much. And just for everybody's information his voice is not annoying and it's his normal voice. After this we started to talk about a Finnish celebrity who probably every finn knows, Niko Saarinen. He became famous because Finlands Big Brother. This time the criticizing was even worse. And again because he's gay. Really, who cares if someone is gay. It doesn't effect your life in any way. But when the criticizing got even worse and worse, I got enough. Mostly because I knew something that none of my friends knew. At the premiere of The Hunger Games, a Finnish "journalist", Rita Tainola, called him unnecessary celebrity in front of everybody. That night he told about it in his Periscope and cried. It wasn't nice to watch.
It's terrible to hear someone criticizing a person they don't even know. So, if someone does that, they don't have the right to call themselves my friend.

Just want to say sorry for all my Finnish readers, I'm not going to write in Finnish anymore. Writing in two languages takes time and I don't have that much time anymore because all the school things and camps I have. And I don't feel comfortable when I'm writing in Finnish, don't know why but writing in English feels so natural for me. I'm really sorry for this. I hope you'll still read my blog.
